My salesperson was Alex, be was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. Alex didn't push me into purchasing anything and made sure I was fully informed about each vehicle's features and history which I was very pleased with. The finance team was also very nice. They made the financing process easy to understand and were transparent about all the terms and options available to me. They worked to find the best possible rates and ensured that I felt confident with my financing choices and plates and registration. Any questions or concerns I've had, they've addressed promptly and with great care. Overall, my experience at Volkswagen O.P. was nothing short of exceptional. I'll start with I've never stepped foot in this place but the service I received was still horrendous. I usually buy my cars out of state and the process usually goes smoothly but Alex simply didn't take me seriously. He made multiple promises to call me or send a purchase agreement and it never happened. I've never had a dealership force me to spend my money elsewhere when I had everything required to buy the car. I had no issue with the price either. However, if Alex hadn't treated me so unprofessionally I wouldn't have gone to a different dealership and received excellent service from start to finish.

We had the pleasure of working with David at Volkswagen of Orland Park, and it was an exceptional experience! In fact, it was my most enjoyable auto purchase to date. David displayed an impressive depth of knowledge about the vehicle, including its tech and safety features. What truly stood out was that David was his authentic self, which made the entire process fun and easy. I never felt pressured with a sales pitch; David was genuine, kind and honest. We also worked with Mo in finance, and he was amazing as well. Professional, friendly and quick- he got us through the process in 20 minutes.I hope to work with David and Mo for my next vehicle purchase!

All buyers please beware, this was the absolute worst Volkswagen dealership I've ever been to. I waited 4 hours to even have the opportunity to walk into the finance department. Long story short, I was buying a CPO car, went through the entire process, only to find out the dealership had not disclosed any damages to me. When I was about to drive over with the car I noticed that the entire dash had been ruined by some sort of chemical wash, there was a large crack in the windshield. This car should have never been certified by Volkswagen and information should have been disclosed to me about any damages prior to the finance process ... luckily I ended up being able to walk away. I would recommend absolutely nobody buy a car from this dealer. The only bright side was Mo in the finance department. He was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful. Other than that their general manager is abrasive and accusatory. Their sales rep was brand new and knew nothing about the car. Buyers beware.
